When it’s time to have a performance development conversation with our direct leader, sometimes we get stuck. Nail It!® Online offers unique perspectives and a proven methodology that guides you through five modules with videos, stories and exercises to allow you to do the self-reflection necessary to come back to the conversation with a plan unique to you.
Includes:
- A one-on-one call to ensure you are set up on the platform, set expectations and answer questions.
- 5 Weekly One hour Group Zoom Sessions + a celebration one at the end to practice our "Billboard Speech"
- Zoom Sessions will be recorded in case you miss one.
Participant Expectations
- Review the videos for each module before the group meeting each week (videos average 3-4 mins)
- Complete a draft of the exercises so you can participate in the call. (takes about an hour)
- Be open to new perspectives, ways of communicating and trying out different strategies.
